In Simple Terms
Use SmartGymTimer for its intended purpose - timing your workouts. Don't try to break it or use it in ways it wasn't meant to be used.
Using SmartGymTimer
You can use SmartGymTimer for personal, non-commercial purposes. This means you can use it for your own workouts, but you can't resell it or use it as part of a business service without our permission.
What You Agree Not to Do
- Don't use it for any illegal purposes
- Don't try to overload our servers (if we have any)
- Don't use automated tools to access SmartGymTimer
- Don't pretend to be someone else when using the app
Our Responsibilities
We provide SmartGymTimer "as is" - we try to keep it working well, but we can't guarantee it'll be perfect all the time. We'll do our best to fix bugs and keep it running smoothly.
We might need to temporarily take SmartGymTimer offline for maintenance. We'll try to do this at times that affect the fewest users.
Your Data
You own your workout data. We don't claim any rights to the information you create while using SmartGymTimer.
We store your data locally in your browser. This means if you clear your browser data, your workout history will be lost.
Changes to These Terms
We might update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll try to notify you through the app or via email if you've provided one.
Termination
We reserve the right to stop providing SmartGymTimer to users who violate these terms.
